REVLON lip product obsession!!!

So I have been loving the products that Revlon have been releasing recently and I cannot wait to go down to my local Superdrug and pick out some of the Photoready cream blushes! But I need to stop getting sidetracked and concentrate on what this post is really about - lip products!!
Revlon is one of my favourite drugstore brands as the quality is that of a high end makeup product but the price is much affordable (but sometimes a little steep for drugstore makeup). Recently I have been loving two of Revlon's new (ish) lip products. The first being the Colourburst Lip Butters and the second being the Just Bitten Kissable Balmstains.

Firstly, the lip butters. There was a big hype surrounding these when they were released in the UK with beauty bloggers naming them a 'cult makeup product'. From the minute I swatched them on the back of my hand in the shop I knew I had to buy some!! The coulour shown in the pictures is 080 Strawberry Shortcake and is definitely my personal favourite. They retail for £7.99 which to me is totally worth it as the formula is so incredibly creamy and smooth, also the colour payoff is fantastic for something so moisturising!! Also they have a huge shade range of 13 beautiful shades so there I something to suit every skin tone.

Secondly, the lip stains. These products have just released in the UK and have been widely compared to the Clinique Chubby Sticks. I was very impressed with the price of these products with a £5.99 introductory offer in Superdrug (normally £7.99) I am tempted to pick up more whilst still on offer! There is a range of 12 shades to suit any mood, from neutrals to brights. My favourite is 005 Crush which is a gorgeous deep berry colour. Overall these products have amazing colour payoff, the only issue that I have is that as a 'Balmstain' they could be slightly more moisturising on the lips. The stain lasts all day which is great if you are one of those people who (like me) can be too lazy to reapply lip colour throughout the day! In the picture I have only applied a light coat but the colour is completely buildable!

Overall I think that Revlon is currently dominating the drugstore makeup market and I highly recommend that you pick up some of these Balmstains whilst on introductory offer!!!
